Let us sum up the results of one of the most serious stages of the construction of the Social Residence Hall for graduates of orphanages in the city of Aktobe. Today, at the facility, the work on installing the off-site general utilities has been fully completed, and all relevant documents have been submitted to government agencies so that the facility will be accepted into service.
